Ingredients
3tbspsweet paprika
3tbspDiamond Crystal kosher salt
2tbspgarlic powder
1tbspsmoked paprika
1tbsponion powder
1tbspcayenne pepper
1tbspdried oregano
1tspdry mustard powder
1/2tbspdried thyme
1/2tspground black pepper
1/2tspwhite pepper
Method
Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl for 1 minute until color is uniform.
Sift any clumpy spices before mixing if needed.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Store in cool, dark cabinet for up to 3-4 months.
Use 1 tablespoon seasoning per pound of food.
