Ingredients
1 1/2cupsfrozen cantaloupe chunks1-inch pieces
1cupfrozen banana slices
3/4cuppulp-free orange juice
1/2cupfull-fat plain Greek yogurt
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
A pinch of Diamond Crystal kosher salt
A pinch of ground ginger
Method
Add frozen cantaloupe, banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and ginger to blender.
Blend on low, increase to high, blend 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use tamper if needed to push down frozen fruit.Adjust sweetness with extra maple syrup or thin with orange juice if desired.
