8-10 limesabout 1 cup, juiced

Method
Juice limes to yield 1 cup juice.
Combine lime juice, water and sugar in large pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Slowly pour in chia seeds while stirring constantly to prevent clumping.
Let mixture rest 30 minutes until seeds become soft and gelatinous.
Stir well and serve over ice.
